Quality Tested

For the safety of consumers and environmental protection, certain substances must only be used in limited quantities or are completely banned for the production of footwear.

For this reason the production process has to be controlled carefully and only ecologically compatible materials should be used.

Besides the fashion criteria, workmanship quality and fitting are other important aspects when buying footwear.

Products tagged with the PFI Inspected Footwear label “Quality Tested” meet the strict PFI test requirements that include testing for the most important harmful substances; much more than only the legally regulated chemicals. In addition, workmanship quality is assessed by qualified footwear experts during the running production to ensure an excellent quality of the finished product.

Fitting and sizes are tested in our laboratories by extensive measurement methods and proband tests. The compliance of the product is monitored by regular market surveillance.
